Semantics¶

Semantics is not a second HTTP API. It records behavior OpenAPI 3.0.3 cannot state without forbidden default keys (omitted vs explicit false vs explicit 0).

The documentation generator and the three SDK backends all load OpenAPI + semantics into one IR. If those files disagree on the 28 operationIds, generation fails.
